10 minute meals - Syn Free Mushroom Tagliatelle

I've been doing Slimming World for a couple of months now, and have tried a fair few recipes in that time. Some of them have been awful, and others have been amazing. This recipe is my current favourite 10 Minute Tea - Syn Free Mushroom Tagliatelle...
Like a lot of people on Slimming World, my family won't eat what I do. This means my tea is usually either something reheated or something which takes next to no time to prepare.
This recipe serves 1.
You will need:
1x Slimming World Frozen Mushroom Sauce (Only available in Iceland).
5 Sprays of Fry Light Original
75g Dry Tagliatelle (I got mine in Aldi).
250g Mushrooms. (Mine are Chestnut).
Put the Tagliatelle into a pan and cook as directed. (Mine said add to boiling water and simmer for 7-9 minutes - until soft).
Cook the Mushroom Sauce as per your Microwave's directions. (It took 7.5 minutes in my microwave).
While the pasta is cooking, spray 5 sprays of Fry Light original into your frying pan and put it on a low heat to warm the pan.
Peel and roughly chop your mushrooms, then add them to the frying pan. Stir / shake them intermittently to get them browned on all sides.
Once everything is cooked, drain the pasta and pop it into a bowl. Mix in the mushrooms then top with half of the Mushroom Sauce. (I kept the other half and made this again the next day for lunch). You could always double up the pasta and mushrooms to make enough for two though).
The sauce is quite peppery, so no seasoning was required. I really enjoyed this meal, and it literally took 9 minutes to make!
